I like the burning ritual you speak of. In the Unity Church, at New Years, there is the Burning Bowl ceremony – you write down what you want to release from your life and then burn it. It feels very cleansing.

My constriction is a traumatic brain injury that resulted after my car was rear-ended while I was stopped at a red light. The physical pain in my body is pretty much over as long as I am careful. The fatigue and brain dysfunction continue. I am working at repairing and regrowing my brain every day. This is a huge shift in my former life and aspirations.
